Rhonda Hopps, CFA, ACC is a seasoned executive with over 36 years of experience, including chief executive, board, and advisory roles. She has extensive experience in investments, financial structuring, non-profit leadership, and for-profit and non-profit board service.
Rhonda is CEO of Hopps Advisors, providing coaching and consulting services to CEOs, executive teams, boards, and non-profit leaders. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Director of The Comer Education Campus, and before that as CEO and Chief Growth Officer of Perspectives Charter Schools, where she led 250+ staff members and delivered a $25M campus. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Portfolio Manager at Allstate Insurance Company and a Director at Red Mortgage Capital.
